If you want to get ripped off and treated like you’re a little kid and told after the fact that you have purchase balancing for the companies used tires, Jacob told me that my tires were from 2015 then he proceeds to sell me three used tires, but he hides the date on the inside and when the water clears off of the wet tires a while later, you can see all the cracks in them Then he you call him to ask him if the guys balanced the tires and he says oh that’s $15 extra per tire, but he never mentioned any of that at the time of purchase everything in that store he makes it seem like it’s cool and easy and no hassle but he says they’ve been doing business that way for 30 years that doesn’t make it right to treating people like someone you could come up on and scam them , I would not expect that from a local mom and Pop shop, you’re better off going to Virgil and normal st where the environment isn’t so pretty but the service and honor for the people is 100% better than Jacob cerda horrible shop, my first experience there is a horrible experience.190 bucks down the drain because Jacob likes serving food with no knife and fork metaphorically.

I had a friendly interaction with Nefti and Jacob at Company C. Tire. They made sure to take care of my wheels and tires while offering the best price. I highly recommend making an appointment before bringing your car in for service. They also offer stretch tire service.

View on GoogleExtremely ill-tempered old man who seemingly doesn’t understand logic or reason. Berated a customer who came in for an emergency. If he is the owner, he is a pathetic excuse of one. Don’t give them your business unless you like abuse. I willingly spent money to tow my car to another shop, instead of staying in this shop to endure any more of his crap. No point in arguing with a person like that. Edit: hey look the ill-tempered old man admitted that this review is true 😂 And the way he is arguing here should convince you that abuse is the only service you’re going to receive! How likely is it that a customer like me, who writes like this, is unable to “comprehend” that the tires need to be replaced, especially when I called it an “emergency” in the first place? His dinky little shop didn’t have the tires stocked and didn’t want to keep the car overnight, was likely the reason he put on this little show. The truth is, the old guy is a pathetic and angry little human being, who wants to take his inadequacies out on customers. Judging by his comment of “leaving [customers] stranded”, he is capable of doing much nastier stuff to customers than just berating them. Please stay away from this business and its unstable owner.
