I had a very poor experience with City Tech Auto Repair, and I would not recommend this shop. I came here initially for brake pad replacement and general vehicle maintenance. After the new brake pads were installed, my car continued to make a very sharp, high-pitched braking noise, which clearly indicated an installation or workmanship issue. When I returned, the problem was not treated as a priority, even though it resulted from their own work. Instead, I was made to wait for an extended period. After the second repair attempt, the exact same issue remained unresolved. When I returned again, they refused to perform any further repair, citing that I had lost my receipt. Their explanation was that the receipt was handwritten, the shop was busy at the time, and the transaction was never entered into their system — therefore they could not find my record. This explanation is unacceptable. I had been to this shop multiple times, and their staff had seen me before. The lack of proper record-keeping should not become the customer’s responsibility, especially when the issue stems from their own installation. If you choose to come here, make absolutely sure: • Your information is properly recorded in their system • You keep all paperwork indefinitely • You do not rely on verbal promises Most importantly, be prepared to tolerate subpar workmanship and poor after-service support. This shop shows a serious lack of accountability, organization, and technical reliability.

SCAM ALERT: Dangerous Fraud, Physical Aggression, and Child Intimidation! 评价内容： DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY OR MONEY AT THIS SHOP! I had a horrifying experience at City Tech Auto Repair. I came in with my 2025 Toyota Sienna for a minor alignment—the car was driving perfectly straight. After paying $90 IN CASH, they returned the car and it was pulling violently to the right. They didn't fix it; they broke it. THE SCAM: When I returned to ask them to honor their 30-day warranty, they flat-out refused. Instead, they handed me a handwritten quote for $950+ tax, claiming my right front shock and spindle were "deformed." I didn't trust them and took it to the dealership. The dealership corrected the alignment perfectly with ZERO PARTS REPLACED. City Tech tried to scam me out of $1,000 for repairs I did not need. THE AGGRESSION & CHILD ENDANGERMENT: When I tried to seek a refund at the service counter, the staff became physically aggressive. A staff member physically shoved and pushed past me, striking me in the process. This happened right in front of my 2-year-old child, who was so terrified by their aggression that they began crying uncontrollably. These people have no humanity and no professional ethics. INTIMIDATION TACTICS: As I was leaving, they followed me out and took photos of my license plate in a clear attempt to intimidate and threaten my family after their scam failed. To make matters worse, I spoke to another customer there who was being scammed for another $1,000 for the same issue they supposedly "fixed" two months ago. CONCLUSION: They take your cash, sabotage your car, and then try to bully you into $1,000+ in fake repairs. I am filing a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and will pursue every legal avenue. SAVE YOURSELF—GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Danny, Anthony, Ricky and their whole team are very efficient with their workmanship. They charge a fair price and they give practical advices if the part is worth buying original or OEMs for their clients to save some money. I highly recommend City Tech Auto Repair.

Worst place to take a car,could have taking this to civil court, but Im a man of my word, so for checking the car, they charge 80 dollars, ok so who still does that, there’s pro’s and cons for this option, I TOOK MY TRUCK FOR BRAKES pulsation when braking, the sterring wheel shakes when braking, so I said Ill leave it, I agree, but the answer they gave me was totally not related to the issue, Im 51 years old and I know an engine, they call me and said it was the engine, ?????, what, really, I told them, how can it be, how can this caise the sterring wheel shake wgen braking, I was totally sacamed by this asian auto shop, I paid them. But I was really upset, I dont recommend this place

I’ve been bringing my Subaru here for a while now and Danny has been amazing he’s on top of things and makes sure that everything comes out good very trustworthy and honest highly recommend
