The team over here at Walton’s Automotive is like family literally! I was able to seamlessly purchase a vehicle after a very dire situation. They made the process seemless, and I was able to smoothly transition to a new car!
View on GoogleAvoid This Shop Read the end. This place is completely dishonest. We called ahead and were quoted $500 to replace a battery. When we arrived, they suddenly stated that the new battery may not fix a problem and may need valve covers or other possible services and they changed the price to $700 for the exact same job after realizing we were not local. No explanation, just a blatant attempt to take advantage of travelers. A battery replacement is one of the most basic services a shop can do, yet they tried to charge an outrageous amount and hoped we wouldn’t question it. The whole interaction felt shady, dishonest, and predatory. Lying to your customers about services that the car does not need and changing your price when a customer shows up because you think you can squeeze more money out of them is scam behavior. If this is how they treat people, I can only imagine what they do to customers who don’t know better. Avoid this shop unless you want to be lied to and overcharged. We thankfully did and went to a shop with 5 start reviews less than 10 minutes away. I left both shops reviews..

View on GoogleWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Took my car in for a simple diagnostic to see why my check engine light came on and a tire rotation. They told me they didn’t know what the code was for and deleted it after telling me they would give it to me. They didn’t rotate my tires after I paid them for it- I had to take my car back and tell them they weren’t rotated. I frequently rotate my tires and know which ones are which- just to find out shorty after they stripped my lug nuts and rim putting my tires back on. Lug nuts were dangling in the rim. This is negligence. I’m having to pay someone else to fix my stripped lug nuts now. I don’t trust them them to fix it at this point considering they couldn’t complete 2 very simple tasks.

Brought my vehicle in for repairs. Not only did it run better than it ever has Since I've owned it. They even Washed it And added paper floormats before I picked it up! Excellent location right on Catalina and PCH close to the ocean easy access. if you want your car done right Walton's is the place. Your car comes in clean it leaves clean!
