Fernando's work is extremely thorough, where nothing is overlooked. After all, I'm convinced that he puts the "C" in Certified. His facility kind of reminds me of an art studio - but for vehicles. Both he and his staff are quite courteous and most accommodating in addressing your needs towards making you whole again. He came highly recommended by a nearby 5-Star Spa, and supplier, for ALL your vehicle needs - INFINITI of South Bay

View on GoogleA trash truck backed into my car and put a deep whole in my bumper. It was difficult dealing with his insurance. I took it to Urban Collision Center for repairs. Upon taking my car apart, Fernando at Urban Collision Center requested 2 supplements from the insurance company because first that insurance wanted to put after market parts on my Acura that I had purchased brand new. I was not accepting that. He said not to worry and that he would deal with the insurance to get Acura parts from Acura. Once he had that approved, he found internal damage from the deep whole that was punctured from the trash truck and he requested a 2nd supplement. I didn't have to deal with that insurance anymore. He did a remarkable job. The car looks brand new and with Acura parts only. He did an excellent job of color matching and blending. I was so happy when I saw it. He even had my car cleaned and mini detailed which I wasn't expecting. My car was sparkling like I had just bought it new off a dealership lot. Excellent body shop work. He made sure to test all of the sensors in the surrounding areas of the collision to make sure everything was working properly. When he found something wasn't working right, he fixed it. I am very happy with Urban Collision Center and have already referred him to others. He came highly recommended from an Acura dealership, so I knew I was in good hands. Very kind person and excellent customer service. Karina at the front desk was very helpful and kind and both Karina and Fernando would respond quickly to my calls and texts when I had a question. I can't say enough good things! Thank you Fernando, Karina, painter, and all who helped repair the damages to my car at Urban Collision Center!
View on GoogleUrban Collision Center came highly recommended from a local South Bay repair shop that also sells luxury cars. They were honest, transparent and efficient. And we were impressed with the final result! Needing to have your car fixed is usually a stressful experience, and a place like this put you at ease. We hope we don't have to come back (no incidents, please!) but if we do, we'd trust them again 100%.

Luis worked with Mercury (my insurance) and State Farm (drivers insurance) to ensure that the process was smooth and my car was fixed correctly. I got weekly updated and the communication was amazing! Cant recommend them enough! Very Impressed!
