Pacific Tire Service Center

I was researching and looking for a good tire shop to install custom wheels on my C7 Corvette. I found Pacific Tire Service Center and they did an amazing job. I had no appointment, the price was great, the employees were knowledgeable and super friendly. They replaced my wheels with custom ones, balanced and installed. There wasn't a scratch on them and they went above and beyond to clean them and shine my tires. Their shop was clean and had all new equipment. I highly recommend this shop.

Honesty! This is a true story and I'll try and keep it short. I literally just got an alignment somewhere else and this same day a nail was in my tire🤦🏾‍♂️. I drove to Pacific Tire and asked if they can patch my tire. I was greeted with excellent service but the most important part was their honesty. Can yall believe the nail pierced my tire but didn't actually puncture it!! Jesus Christ is so good yall and He has His ways of showing up. The Pacific Tire staff did their due diligence to ensure the tire was not leaking any air or needed a patch and they were honest let me know that it wasn't necessary. I'm very grateful and thank you guys so much!

Come here if you want your wheels scratched and for them to not even screw in your wheels correctly. So many other issues with this place. 1. My wheels were scratched up. I know it wasn't scratched coming in because I washed it recently and inspected it. When I came back the next business day on Monday the manager Bella said don't worry, we'll get it fixed. 3 days later on Thursday another manager Miguel calls me and says to come in to talk to him. I come in and he says maybe they'll cover half. He later sends me a picture of a completely different car saying it came damaged. And then calls me back saying maybe it wasn't them (or maybe it was), but that they wouldn't take take responsibility and that my car is old. My car by now has been outside 3 days and dirty, and of course all the wheels are scratched up. 2. When I first came at 10am on Saturday, one of their worker Sal said it'd be an hour 40 minutes. He later calls me back saying it'd be 2pm because people went to lunch. I'm now late for my event. 3. When I came home to check, one of the bolts wasn't even screwed in. I could turn it with my finger. That sounds really dangerous. 4.They didn't even know my car's torque specs. When I asked them they said probably 90. The spec is 118. Going way under sounds dangerous as well. 4. I was quoted for $240 before coming, and then Sal called me and said $385. They don't even have consistent pricing? I had to correct him before he agreed. I went to this place due to the high ratings, but if you like your car and don't want bad things done to your car (or even basic things like putting in the screws or torquing it right) I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

Friendly honest people that will QUICKLY fix your tires. Unfortunately I've had to come in twice with each of our family cars in a week's time but I made a point to return to them because they are such a great business who truly want to help. I also love that they are a family people as they have their grandkid's school artwork displayed everywhere. Good people=good business

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but they truly deserve one. Communication was great from start to finish, all handled through Yelp. The service was amazing— quick, professional, and efficient. Their waiting room is spacious and peaceful, which made the experience even better. Everything was done promptly and handled with care. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.
