Had a great experience at this tire shop when they replaced my brakes. Carlos was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done quickly, and my car feels much safer and smoother now. They were able to work within my budget which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.

Took my car in to have a full service done on my transmission. They were straight to the point on pricing and did not try to keep adding things on. They were fast and thorough on what was included in my price. Will definitely be going back when I need other services.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had no issues with the staff--only with the man who appeared to be the owner or "boss," the one who drives the large orange truck. There was zero communication about my vehicle being transferred to another shop. The only reason I found out was because I accidentally left my house keys with them and had to return. When I arrived, my car was gone. I clearly told them they were not allowed to move my vehicle without my permission, as I am responsible for it--not them. The owner then showed up acting aggressive and claimed he could drive and move my car whenever he wanted without my consent, which is false. When I explained that this could lead to legal trouble, he called me stupid. For context, my car did not need to be driven at all until after a wheel alignment. I asked for my car to be brought back and requested a refund. He said the car was "on the rack" and couldn't be returned--yet immediately started recording me and taking photos, posting them on social media. Less than a minute later, one of his employees brought my car back, contradicting what he had just said. When I asked whether the job was completed or if | would be refunded, he responded with "I don't know, you wanted your car back," then pulled out his wallet and said, "Here, you're crying over $100." I immediately took my car to another repair shop, where I was told that my tires appeared to have been excessively adjusted or tampered with, creating a potential safety hazard. This was extremely concerning. His wife then proceeds to call me 4 times and messages me over false accusations and threats to sue me for something that I have nothing to do with. They’re just trying to cover up their behavior. This behavior--especially from the owner--is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. He acted as if he was above accountability, customer consent, and basic decency. I do not recommend this place at all.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Go somewhere else !!!! I went to this location for tire services, and the owner, who drives an orange truck, noticed me waiting. He approached me, made me very uncomfortable, and insisted on taking me out. Despite repeatedly rejecting him, he wouldn’t stop, and I ultimately had to leave. After that, he reacted poorly, calling me names and being extremely rude. I strongly advise against going to this location. The owner behaves inappropriately and is predatory.
