Mark and Mason did an excellent job when we had them come out for an oil change and to diagnose a P0456 DTC code (small leak in the evap system). Mark smoke tested the system and found a crack in the purge valve. They were able to perform a temporary fix while we look at getting the part replaced. The brakes have been a little squeaky so Mark used a scope camera to check the brake pads but he showed us they still had plenty of life left. Mark and Mason were super friendly and explained what they were doing and options available. Our neighbor even wandered over and started asking questions that they were nice enough to answer! Mark’s upfront quote was spot on and it’s reassuring when you find someone who can work on your car but isn’t trying to nickel and dime or upsell for service that isn’t needed yet. It’s also super convenient to have your car serviced in your driveway!

Mark and his son Mason, are genuine honest people; they're looking to help you with your car, not sell you parts or unnecessary services. They're thorough in their diagnostic process, and listen to any questions or concerns you might have. I have a 2007 Nissan Sentra, that's been sitting a bit too long, and last we tried, it started, but seemed to have a parasitic drain. When we tried again it wouldn't turn over at all. I needed a mobile mechanic, and Mark came highly recommended to me by someone else, so I gave him a call; he was quick to schedule an appointment for me within the week. They're pretty busy, so I was thankful they could come by so soon. Mark and his son Mason came over, and quickly got to work: checked the battery, fuses, relays, used their scanner tool, and nearly got the engine to start, but it seems the fuel is also too old. They're coming back Saturday, to continue the diagnostic once we get the engine started with some new fuel. I'm so happy I called them, and I know with their help, we'll definitely get our car up and running again. I definitely recommend Mark and Mason to anyone who needs a great mechanic!
