My personal experience with these mechanics was terrible. I called and asked how much a diagnostic would be and they said $85. It took a very long time to open the hood (I’ve had many people open my hood with ease and I just recently had electrical work done on it so I know for sure my hood can open.) My father and I notice it’s taking a very long time to open and we offer to pay them for their time so we could get on with our day. They insist on trying one last thing and eventually end up opening the hood and inspecting it for only 15 minutes max. They charged me $150 for that. They did not once communicate that the rate would change. Once the job was all done they didn’t even put everything back as it was, they left bolts on the ground and things unplugged in their attempt to pop the hood. They arrived at my house at 9:49am and left 10:40am. Not even an hour of their time was spent looking at the car. I then realized i didn’t have my keys, I looked for them i checked the entirety of my house and the car then that is when I realized they also left bolts and wires exposed inside underneath the wheel (they didn’t put them back after trying to pop the hood) i then noticed my keys were left in the street which i thought was very odd. I texted them asked for $50 back because I realized shortly afterwards I was taken advantage off, then they proceeded to say if I didn’t have the money why did I agree to their service, that I’m trying to get service for free, xyz. My experience was awful, and I hope this never happens to anyone else
