Eddie was very knowledgeable, and fair. He told me upfront the cost to diagnose the problem, and ended up not charging me anything at all because the problem fixed itself during his test drive. I highly recommend this shop. Hard to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanics shop these days.
View on GoogleWe are sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision. We brought our vehicle to this shop to replace the spark plugs and repair the transmission mount. We were quoted approximately $900. After a few days, we received a call that the car was ready. However, when we arrived, we were told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, and the shop declined to charge us a diagnostic fee. Shortly after picking up the car and driving only a few miles, the vehicle broke down and had to be towed. We then took it to a dealership for further inspection. The dealership informed us that the engine required replacement. This was a very serious and costly repair, totaling several thousand dollars. We cannot determine what occurred while the vehicle was at the first shop. However, the sequence of events was extremely concerning to us, especially given that the engine issue arose immediately after the vehicle was returned to us. We recommend asking detailed questions, requesting written documentation, and seeking second opinions when dealing with major vehicle repairs. Use your judgement and preserve your trust to avoid disappointment. The customer service team did not help us. The guy we went back to, to let him know, just literally lied. He changed up the story. First he said, there were several problems with our car, he quoted us $900. We told him to proceed with the repairs. He called us the morning we were to pick up the car, and told us the car was ready. When we got there he told us there was nothing wrong with the car, and that we didn't even need to pay the $120 for the diagnosis. He changed up the story, and treated us as if we are retarded and couldn't see through the conflicting story. The car we brought in driving, had to be towed. And we later discovered from the Toyota dealership that the repairs would be . We had to get a new car, in addition to paying off the remaining amount owed on the car your mechanics had damaged. But, to God, the mighty wise one, goes the glory. Good luck with your business.

I took my Honda in one time because one of my windows wouldn't roll down, they ordered the part, and then when I went to pick it up, they said it was just the fuse and didn't charge me for the part. They could have easily charged me for it, that's how I knew they were honest. I've been taking my cars for 4 years and never had an issue. Now I take any Toyota and Nissan as well. I'm so glad I was recommended to them by a family member!
