I took my vehicle in to have the rear brakes done. My old colleague Lorenzo said he could not work on the car because one of the lug nuts was stripped. Then he lied saying it was two lug nuts that did not come off. I brought the car in with all five lug nuts in normal condition. He claimed he was “150 percent sure” it was already stripped when I arrived, which is why he did not do the rear brakes. He also said it was “weird” that I had not done the driver rear side yet. If your worker stripped the lug nut or caused the issue, then take full responsibility for it. Lorenzo also said he does not work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and told me to take it to the dealer, although he said he could still do an oil change if needed. If his mechanic cannot take off tight lug nuts to change brakes it says a lot about there work. If your mechanic shop cannot work on certain model then let the person know right away. When I got home, I removed the stripped lug nut myself using a 16mm extractor, and I changed the rear brakes without any problem. I only took the vehicle there to support him as a supposed friend. The oil change cost $80. At least they got the oil chnage right.

Initially around 2020 the Nissan car dealership told me that my car was worthless and that I needed a new one and I was really skeptical. I then brought it to this mechanic to see if they can help me because the Nissan dealership kept pushing me to buy a new car, but I didn’t want to get rid of my little versa. I have brought it a few times over the years and they always do a great job and my car has been great since. They fixed my door handle that originally the dealership wanted to charge me 1,000 for to repair and helped when my service engine turned on. They always provide the highest quality and are super personable, thanks to Lorenzo and team. Amazing work.. thank you guys!
