Came in near closing for a tire rotation and to check a nail in my tire. Rudy and Kyle took amazing care of me. Since I'd bought my tires here before, both the rotation and tire service were free. Even better, another shop had told me the nail would cost $25 to pull out. Rudy sprayed it down, inspected it carefully, and found the nail wasn't actually embedded in the tire, just surface-stuck. He removed it on the spot, no charge, no unnecessary repair. Fast, honest, and took the time to explain clearly even at the end of the day. Rudy and Kyle are exactly why I keep coming back to America's Tire.

Got here in a panic because there was a nail in my tire and I had an account in Nevada with discount tires that’s been so good to me . When I got there the first person to help me was Joaquin (ROCKSTAR⭐️🙌🏽) and he walked me out to take a look. He confirmed I needed a new tire , not a patch . He worked around me having my 2 dogs with me and ensured me the best service ! They took my car within 5 minutes of me waiting , they were patient while I grabbed my dogs and hung on around the area . I feel like I blinked and they had my car out to me in about 15minutes! To say I was impressed is an understatement. As the other employees kept telling me to go inside for my keys as if they couldn’t see me standing there with 2 dogs , I made a call in and spoke to Joaquin and not only did he meet me in the lot with urgency, he popped the trunk as soon as he walked out of his door !!! I recommend this business and Joaquin to any and everyone experiencing some panic or a difficult day , just be kind and let the man do his thing . I’d give him 10 stars if they had it but here they go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thanks Joaquin , and god bless your family man for taking really good care of me ! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE OR HIS OWN STORE !😌

Every single employee that I interacted with went above and beyond keeping me updated the entire time they were fixing my car, They gave me an estimated Out time of 10 AM and got out of there before 10 AM! Had a slow leak on rear passenger side rear tire. Front tire had been replaced by a used tire by my dad. Nathan and Jorge told me I had insurance and after talking to their manager they got me a new tire for the front. Awesome Customer Service. Every time I visit their facility whether here or in Arizona, the staff is always friendly and not pushy on selling other services.
