Poor service. I have appointment 7am. I waited to lounge for 4 hours for change oil. I notice the crowed were almost empty with the customer and I was still on lounge. I checked to see my advisor and I was told my car was still on being work on. I went back to lounge and I look back on my promise time of completion and shocked to see that my car will be done 4pm. I went back to service area and felt that I can’t stay another 4 hours to wait. I ask the advisor to get my car back and I need to leave. I was told they were busy that why they are still working on. I said can checked if they have started working on my car and if not. I need to go. The advisor went to cashier if my car was done. Then she was told it was done and the cashier said that text was send to me. I checked my cell and no text was sent. My advisor was aware I’m in the lounge waiting. I’m very disappointed that 4 hour waiting time and promise time of completion stated on my car work Oder.
