Went in to see a vehicle over the weekend. The sales person and manager weren’t open to negotiating the price or to attempt to offer a discount. I asked if the accessories added could be removed and was told they cannot. I said what if I did the build your own car online they said it wouldn’t matter and the accessories will still be added. Not the first vehicle we purchase that way and know we can do it, that’s when we knew this dealership isn’t for us.

This place is busy on Saturdays. I had an appointment for 7:15am. I arrived onsite at 7:10 to 2 lines. It took 40 minutes to get checked in Enrique assisted me. My vehicle was due for 30k service. Text updates were efficient

I took my truck because it had a leak in the power steering pump. They had already given me an estimate of what the work would be. change the pump the hoses with the clamps. $ 1294.75 I left my truck for 2 days to change just one hose that they say is new but in the picture I clearly see that it is not new. Just for changing that hose they charged me $1294.75 which was the price for changing everything. I get home, open the trunk and see that everything is full of liquid in the area where they worked. When I took the truck the leak was at the bottom, nothing on top was stained, I told the advisor and he told me that cars are not delivered like this, we are not going to wash the engine. I'm not asking you to wash the engine, I'm asking that the part where you work is left clean. How will I know if it's still leaking or not? This is not the first time this has happened to me. I took my truck for the brakes, they told me that they would lower the brakes. 3 days later my brakes were worse than before $750 because I had to buy new discs and pads to get it right.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Envision Toyota of Norwalk. I came in for a recall and explicitly asked for the paperwork required by the DMV for my registration. The service advisor saw that I struggle with English, yet instead of ensuring I was properly helped, he gave me false information, assuring me '100%' that I had everything. After waiting 3 hours at the DMV, I was told the paperwork was missing. I had to return to the dealer, where the same employee admitted he 'didn't know' I needed that form—despite me asking him twice earlier. It is shocking to see such a lack of competence and empathy from a Japanese brand like Toyota, especially in a diverse, multicultural community like ours where many people, including Japanese residents, might face similar language barriers. This lack of professionalism cost me over 6 hours of my time. If you have a recall or struggle with English, be very careful here—they might just brush you off to get rid of you.

I went to do a service on my truck and this lady (Veronica trujillo) was supposed to help me out with the coverage of (zurich insurance) they had me waiting for a key replacement.... At the last time she call sales department and she said that they didn't bide (Zurich) i want to talk to sales department they confirmed that I did bought (Zurich ) they send me to talk to (Mina) Service manager this guy was so rude. I don't know what's going on with these people working on service department they just don't wanna help you out.With something you bought from norwalk toyota... i just think it looks bad for the business to be selling you stuff and they don't wanna help you out with the claim... i would love to talk to another manager and figure out what's going on here. I've been a customer 8 years... this never happened to me before.. I used to like this place...
