If I could rate this place a zero I would hands-down this place has rude Customer Service and lack of communication. I came in this morning to inquire about brakes only to be turned away within five minutes when I arrived I wasn’t greeted, so I began to look for an employee only to be told that I was in the wrong area. I wasn’t allowed to be somewhere which seemed to be an office. The employee continued to argue and shout at me and justify how I was in the wrong area instead of helping me out. I will never be back to inquire about anything else again. Thankfully, I found another shop that was way more organized so thanks to you. I found a place better to go to and my car is under repairs as we speak!

Top-notch service. Marty was a lifesaver today. I called regarding replacing the battery in my car, which is apparently difficult to locate, and luckily Best Buy Tires had it in stock. Upon arrival he informed me that it would be around an hour to replace as the battery location is under the passenger seat. Not easy to access. To my surprise I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Problem solved! I highly recommend Marty and his team of professionals. I will definitely return for future needs.

Bought battery with them and instead of helping me they told me that there done bcoz I showed him that I called the police and he said go on and he has a lot of friends there and his done and will not changed my battery even if it’s under warranty bcoz he want me to bring the car but the car won’t start even if I called triple A roadside assistance n he to tow it and if I call them again it will charged me again to bring the car there n why would I try to do that if it’s for sure will cost to me and they do have the receipt with the date showing that we are still on warranty that’s why don’t get your battery there guys or u will end up like me that need to buy a new battery even if u are still in warranty!!!
