I had an exhaust leak on my 2020 jetta VW and I needed it repaired, Natale's got me in there schedule quickly, and got me out of there efficiently! The Guys at the desk and the tech were all very kind and awesome they do good work here and are knowledgeable, from a prior question I had a while ago when I stopped by! thank you.
View on GoogleToo expensive, SCAM. Natales tried to overcharge me on my 1997 Toyota Avalon (only 130,000 miles) by quoting $900 for an exhaust pipe repair. At the door, I was initially told ~$300, but later they attempted to raise it to $900, which felt dishonest and pressured. It had me worried I might need a new car because the repair didn’t seem worth that price. I ended up getting the same repair done elsewhere for $250. Save yourself the stress and look around before committing. Also, they didn't lock my car while it was sitting in the parking lot.
View on GoogleA long overdue review: Natale's saved my beautiful 1997 Ranger from the scrap heap. I bought it used --- single-owner, only 75,000 miles and had lived the last twenty years like a pampered house cat, rarely taken out of the garage, so I thought I'd hit the lotto. It drove beautifully for about a month. Then came the oil leaks, followed by an ominous engine ticking. By the time I took it to Natale's, it felt like every additional mile was damaging the truck --- which they confirmed, on the spot. It took two months. They basically rebuilt or replaced everything under the hood. No call went unanswered and I was contacted regularly with updates and estimate adjustments. The transparency was outstanding and the work first-class. Not an odd sound or a drip since. I couldn't be more grateful. I'll never take my truck to another mechanic.

View on GoogleSimilar to others who have shared, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I met at Natale's was incredibly kind and competent. I drove a car that passed through many hands up to Carmel and noticed a few unsettling noises. They added me to their schedule, despite it being car week. They discovered that a bolt was missing, saved me from my tire falling off mid-drive, and got my bumper back on. Thanks to their quick and thorough work, I was able to safely make it back home! I can't recommend them enough :)
