I took my BMWs to Gary for as long as I worked nearby. I'm retired now, but I still remember the quality of the work he did. Once someone in his shop made an error, which stranded me at a service station in Diamond Bar on my drive home. I called Gary, he guessed what happened, and drove from El Monte to Diamond Bar in rush hour traffic to set things right. I will never forget that.

His staff aren't the most reliable of workers but he somehow is able to get work done. Try to schedule an appointment to let them know what your problem is and so that they can have a tentative plan if trying to accommodate you in a day's work.
