View on GoogleWhen you have a problem as a customer and you arrive at a business 90mins before closing you sort of expect service right ? Well not at this sub standard service location. My daughter called as said she had a screw in her tire. She commutes from East LA to Rialto - 40miles maybe. I left early from work decided to take it to my guy but when I drove her car I could hear how loud the tipping was and when I saw how large of a bolt we were dealing with I figured Just Tires would be equipped to handle and be a lot closer drive. Nope - as soon as I drove up they guy approached me with that Oh Crap - not leaving early look. I told him about her driving distance and he rebutted with sorry just took in our last car for the day and it was a Tesla. Like that matters. Well the reviews tell the story avoid places like this were your money don’t get you the service respect and empathy you worked hard to get.

View on GoogleI order a set off tires from Goodyear and set up an appointment to get them installed at this place, show up on my appointment day and was given a whole story about how the tires are discontinued and I would have to reorder tires with them plus set up a whole new appointment, so I called Goodyear and I was told my tires where delivery and Angie sign for them on 6/11/2026. The tire are not discontinued they are just on back order now, so thanks to the girl that was trying to upsale a whole new set off tires for more than what I paid for
