stopped by Z Alignment & Tire Center at the very last minute, and you would’ve thought I was the very first customer of the day. The owner, Z, is truly exceptional — professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about his work.
His team is just as impressive. Every employee I encountered was respectful, attentive, and treated each vehicle in the shop like it was their own. The level of care, precision, and customer service here is honestly rare to find.
If you want honest work, top-tier service, and people who genuinely value their customers, this is the place. I highly recommend Z and his crew!

View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The person in charge, an older man who appears to be the boss, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I witnessed him yelling and harshly scolding one of his employees in front of customers, which was upsetting and uncomfortable to watch.
I had previously brought my car in for an alignment, but the issue wasn’t resolved. When I returned, I expected a reasonable adjustment or at least a small discount, considering the job wasn’t done properly the first time. Instead, I was charged the full price again with no consideration for the previous service.
When I questioned the pricing, the man made an inappropriate and offensive comment implying that “this is America, not your country” , despite being an immigrant himself. His remark was not only unprofessional but also borderline racist, which left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected.
Overall, the experience was terrible. Poor service, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of customer care. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

View on GoogleNot my first visit, not a last one for shure. All came smooth, as usally. Did aligment on few cars, did balance\tires change. All good. If you have specal valve stems(with TPMS sensor mounts, as mine) bring new ones with you. Save yourself a lot of time.
