109 Tires & Mufflers has always provided an excellent customer service and an exceptional work. I have always came here for any exhaust work since I had my first car back in 2013, and my dad used to bring his vehicles before me. I’ve brought a total of 5 different vehicles and they did a great job on all of them. I always recommend 109 Tires & Mufflers to friends and family. Sebastian provides reasonable prices and answers any concerns. He makes you feel like family. The gentlemen that do the welding are also courteous and always do a fantastic job. I will continue to go to 109 Tires & Mufflers for any future exhaust work I might need. Thanks again!

Very disappointing experience at this muffler shop. The customer service was extremely poor from the start. The employee I spoke with had a negative attitude and kept questioning me about the work I needed done, even though I clearly explained the issue with my car. Instead of being helpful, it felt like he was talking down to me. A good shop should listen to customers and treat them with respect, but that was definitely not the case here. On top of the bad attitude, the price I was quoted was way higher than other shops I’ve checked with for the same type of work. Between the unprofessional behavior and the overpriced quote, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I would recommend that others look around before deciding to do business here.

Fast service and reasonable pricing. I took my car in for a wheel alignment after Midas wasn't able to do it. 109 muffler had no problems aligning my wheels. My vehicle drives perfectly straight now. I highly recommend.

I recently visited this muffler shop expecting a straightforward service experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. The person assisting me gave off a very negative vibe and seemed more interested in questioning my knowledge about the work I needed done rather than actually listening to what I was asking for. As someone who understands the issue with my vehicle, I found it frustrating to be talked down to and challenged instead of receiving helpful service. A professional shop should respect their customers and provide guidance, not make them feel uncomfortable or dismissed. On top of that, the prices quoted to me were significantly higher than what I’ve seen at other local shops for the same work. Combined with the poor customer service, it made the experience even worse. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before doing business here. Customer service and fair pricing matter, and unfortunately this shop fell short on both.

Don’t go here i was quoted a certain price one day and a 20% discount, but the day that i actually went here and asked for the quote in person they quoted me a totally different price. Then when i told them that i actually spoke to someone a got a different quote for less than the in person price they denied all claims and did not honor the quoted price and Discount. DO NOT GO HERE. Will be Reporting them to the BBB as well as FTC for violating consumer protection laws.
