Yang Garage Door's Repair Service & Installation was here today. New opener install - old one was loud and kept losing the remote signal. Tech mounted a belt drive unit, ran new wiring, and set up my phone app so I can open it from work. Install was clean, no extra holes in the ceiling. Door is quiet now, and I can check if I left it open from my phone. Flat rate quote before he started drilling, invoice matched it. Installed new safety sensors, replaced the wall console, and tested auto-reverse with a block. Showed me how the app notifications work and where the manual release cord hangs.
