I brought my car over because another mechanic did my oil change incorrectly and chat gpt told me to get it fixed immediately. Michael Tashchyan was very courteous and professional. He helped so much and assured me they would rectify the problem. I waited inside the office and Armon Javadi was pleasant to hold conversation with as he offered ideas to trade my car in for a potential upgrade. Both men were very kind and I’m grateful for the service provided, which was an act of God’s grace because I am on a tight budget.

If you come to this Honda Service center I would recommend Eddie for your Advisor. I read other reviews that he took care of them so I scheduled my service with them today for my Honda Accord. My car started making some engine rattling or grinding noise during cold startup so I know it's the chain tensioner or something with that. So I scheduled a simple diagnostic test for today so they can check it out to confirm. When I got to the service center at my appointment time, I waited for Eddie to come out to my car. I explain the issue to him and he basically said it's the belt system because my car is a 2017 and about to have 70K miles on it. He told me the price to replace the whole thing and I was more shock on how much it was because I thought they would just change 1 part. But since it's a certified Honda dealership, they want to replace the whole system to avoid another part failing and people complaining about it. So at the dealership you'll pay a higher price for parts and labor but you'll get guaranteed good work (hopefully) along with the 1 year warranty. It's a trade off because you can play less at a auto shop but you take that risk. Eddie said his mechanic can finish it by the end of the afternoon before the dealership closes. I didn't do it just yet and still thinking but I was happy that Eddie didn't go through with the diagnostic because he already knew the issue and saved me the diagnostic fee when he already seen the issue before.

Bought a car at Woodland Hills Honda and was told I get one free oil change but they make it almost impossible to get that free oil change. They require your maintenance light to be on to get it which is ridiculous. I have purchased a few cars from dealerships and none of them ever required that. Now I have to go elsewhere because it came on and I have a full work week and they are closed for Memorial day. I was going to get regular oil changes here too but I won’t ever come back to Woodland Hills Honda.

Eddie literally never let me talk, he was always interrupting and speaking over me, saying he knew literally everything and I knew nothing... I highly doubt that LOL, especially when you don't even know your own companies warranties. Will not be coming back to this Honda service center. -100/10

This is my area to get an Oil Change as they’re the only shop that can fit my appointment schedule. The wait can be long or quick depending on how busy. The lounge is clean with plenty of coffee and water. The work was done and gives you a recommended service on your inspection report.
