Wheel Deals and 4x4 Pros

I normally don’t leave reviews, but people need to be careful here. After getting an alignment done, my car immediately started making popping/clicking noises and now my wheels chirp too. None of these problems existed before the alignment. At first, the worker told me he “didn’t hear anything.” Then after I kept mentioning the noise, he suddenly changed the story and said he “forgot” there was laundry soap in the back causing the sound, which made absolutely no sense. Another worker finally came outside, heard the noise himself, and said they should check it. That’s when the attitude changed completely. While they were looking at the car, one of the workers was talking badly about me in Spanish, assuming I didn’t understand. They were basically acting like I was lying and didn’t even want to inspect the issue until someone else confirmed the noise. Then the second worker disappeared, and the first guy started claiming the noise was “normal.” It gets worse. I later had another mechanic inspect the vehicle and found out my CV axle was damaged because the suspension was not properly preloaded during the alignment process. The alignment was only done on the front wheels, and ever since then the car has not driven the same. The owner may not even realize what goes on when he isn’t there, but the workers here seem more focused on avoiding responsibility and upselling than actually fixing cars. Even after the owner gave me one price, another worker kept trying to charge me more. Another customer even heard the noise and told me to get a second opinion. He also said he wouldn’t come back here for alignments anymore. Save your money and go somewhere experienced. I would’ve rather paid extra somewhere else than deal with the damage and stress this place caused.

I’ve been going to Wheel Deals for years. Bobby and his crew are first rate and every time I go it’s always a square deal things like this don’t exist anymore. This is straight out of the 50s USA

I had a great experience with Wheel Deals & 4x4 Pros. I went there to change my motorcycle tire, and they were extremely helpful from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Bobby, the owner, is a really nice guy and genuinely cares about his customers. He’ll do whatever he can to help and make sure the job is done right. The quality of work was solid, everything was done on time, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for wheels, tires, or 4x4 services.

Classic bait and switch, don’t come here looking for certain brands. They don’t honor agreements. I confirmed with manager he had the tires in stock, I got there, they told me the tires are on the way. I waited an hour, when the tires arrived and were installed, they did not tell they installed a different lower quality brand and wanted to charge me more. This is really poor service, I don’t recommend coming here unless you get a flat across the street. There are so many tires shops in the area, as consumers we have choices. I own multiple cars, it’s safe to say my next set will be purchased elsewhere. The manager was absolutely intolerable, he wanted to continue to be aggressive and argue. If i were the owner I would replace him immediately. The tire tech himself was great, he was fast to apologize and made the situation slightly better. Edit: My car was already on jacks with both tires off, never came over and told me they didn’t have the tires we agreed one just put them on without my consent. .What’s a joke of a reply, I would have paid more for better quality tires. You left me in a vulnerable position with my car up in the air.
