Angel was the sales rep. I provided him specific details to the restoration I was doing. When I ordered an entire seal package he sent me the wrong items and also a second set if seals. Each package cost over a thousand dollars. I was charged for them. I am not a restoration shop but an individual trying to make a cool ride. I returned the second set of seals only to have forgotten to send a few items back. West coast accounting department would not work with me and blamed me to sending them damaged items. A complete lie. They would not provide shipping labels for return and to this point has stolen over $150 in parts costs ( they kept the parts I returned without refunding me) and I also paid $50 in shipping out of my own wallet to send back to them . They can not provide proof of how the parts were shipped to me but have blamed me for there inept shipping department. They never once tried to make it right. Don’t walk but run away from ordering anything from west coast. There are plenty of other competitors that provide better service. I can move past if you shipped me a wrong part and send me the right one. It they did this on numerous occasions and also sent me a whole second set of seals for an entire beetle. They are beyond incompetent.

If you need the best window seals for your Volkswagen or parts , they're #1. They made window seals for my 1974 Brasilia and they fit perfectly. If you need them t o speak to you in Spanish, Angel is the BEST!!!

They have the quality parts I need. I am doing 2 restorations simultaneously. You cant go wrong spending your money here!
