Waters Auto Body has come through for me twice, so far and I plan to go back whenever and if ever i need a mechanic or auto body repair. It's very rare to find the words "honest" & mechanic in the same paragraph, let alone typed next to each other. I have to add integrity and kindness as well. In these cynical times Jim and his team stand out like a beacon of light. I didn't intend to wax poetic about an Auto Body Shop, yet here I am. I felt humanized and listened to. And Jim took his time to explain to me in layman's terms every thing going on and everything needed to be done. When folks come to a mechanic they're normally in an unexpected predicament that wasn't planned for in their budget. That's when good people get taken advantage of by terrible mechanic shops. Waters is the antithesis of that generalization. So if or when you find yourself in need of an honest mechanic with kindness professionalism and integrity, make your way over to Waters. Even if you don't live on the west side, this great family owned business is worth the drive.

Please take your car to Jim and the fantastic crew at Waters Body Shop on Motor. I was very stressed out after a car sideswiped my car and was recommended to Waters to get my car fixed. Jim was so nice and helpful and made it so easy to leave my car. He even helped get my rental car. When my car was ready…it was detailed and looked wonderful. They made such a stressful incident seem almost okay. I highly recommend Waters Body Shop to everyone!!!!
