The best dealership of Ford so far. I got stuck in the middle of the road coming from northern California. I came in and within 5 minutes. The service department Omar was my representative and my Mechanic technician was Jimmy. They took care of me like one of their own. They got the car in. They fixed it within 30 minutes. And I came out as the happiest customer of Ford. Can Get Ever . I'm so proud to Say that these service departments are deserved. 100 stars of good reviews. Thank you so much, guys.

I brought my 2023 Ford Escape to Vista Ford Service for a Battery Saver issue that disables app access and remote start. I was told the battery would be replaced, but it was not. They only said it was “charged,” and this was not even documented on the service receipt. The same Battery Saver message returned immediately after I got home, meaning the issue was never fixed. This exact problem occurred last year as well and remains unresolved. At that time, I was even incorrectly told that my vehicle does not have remote start. After a manager previously asked me to return so the issue could be addressed properly, I did — yet once again, nothing was fixed. If this matter is not taken seriously and resolved correctly, I will be escalating the issue to Ford Corporate and documenting the full experience through official customer care channels.

I’ve been going to this service whenever I’m in town working and this morning I arrive early as always waiting for the service department to open only to find out that this Ford service no longer does service on Saturdays. It would have been nice to let people know this. Service hours still says 08:00-13:00, maybe they should change that.
