Couldn’t recommend more! After unsuccessfully bringing my dented wheel to three other shops, I was directed here and I’m so grateful I was. All of the employees were kind, informative, and worked quickly. They ordered a new wheel since they didn’t have my size in stock and replaced my wheel and hubcap within 24 hours. It was much less expensive than I expected, and was such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I am blown away by the stellar customer service, Cathy was such a great help. I am looking for a specific rim and had been calling several spots but she was knowledgeable and knew it wasn't available but went ahead and called vendors to find it , gave me a callback right away with the right info! I'll be sure to share this business from now on !!!!

OMG. What a nightmare. i had a flat tire, on my 2010 is250 Lexus. AAA came out and put on my spare and straight to Costco Tire Center I went. A day or so later, I picked up my car with a new tire they needed to order. They told me my spare was no good and I needed a new one. They suggested I go to Van Nuys Wheel and Hubcaps, very close to them. When I went there, I told the young girl in the front, that Costco sent me there and I needed a new spare tire. Mind you, until now, I had no idea a tire, a rim, a wheel and a hubcap are all different. Call me ignorant. The girl, Cody, said she needed to order me one and it would be $175.00. This is where all the problems began. When I went to get the new spare “tire”, turns out it was actually just the rim I needed, as mine had been bent. Ok. So they go to put It on with my old rubber, tire, it fit fine. They said it would work on my Lexus, in the event I had a flat. When a young man tried to put it in my trunk it would not fit. Then a nice gentleman, Scott, said the company they got the rim from, sent a Toyota rim. Even though they claimed they ordered the Lexus rim. When they took off my old, slightly bent rim, they should of seen right off, that it was the wrong rim!! So, Scott, said, “listen, it’s no big deal, let me try and straighten out your rim and if it works out, great. Then we will just refund your $. If not we will order the correct one. Great. When he came back maybe 5 minutes later, he said it fits and I just saved $175.00. I was thrilled. By this time Scott had gone to the back. They refunded the $ and I was about to leave the store, and I just said out loud, thank you so much Scott. With that, this other woman comes screaming out and says you have to pay something? Huh? What? Scott just said it was no big deal. She would not hear of it. I was told by Cody she was the boss. I said, fine, how much? I was really annoyed. One minute I am walking out the door and the next being yelled at. She said $75.00 I was livid! What? For what? It took Scott 5 minutes to do. She’s going on how she has to pay her employees etc. I said fine and handed her my credit card. She left and then Cody says it’s $85.00. She just told me it was $75.00. If that was not bad enough! The woman yells from the back, she meant to say $85.00. I was so angry I just wanted to get out of there. I said I would write a bad review, the woman said she did not care. Well good. But it gets even better. Once I left, about 30 min. later, I get a phone call from Scott. He said he knew I was really upset and did not want to have an unhappy customer. I told him I was furious. He kept trying to tell me he saved me $100.00. I told him it’s not about the $. The point was, first they got the wrong part. And he himself told me it was no big deal. It wasn’t till the boss threw a fit that I needed to pay something. Then he said, he’s the boss. What? He kept saying he’s the boss, that the woman was his wife! Omg! If he was the boss, then why didn’t he just say to his wife, it’s ok, it was no big deal like he told me. I am still not sure what I paid $85.00 for. 5 min. of work. If they ever bothered to look at the tire, rim in the first place they could see all it needed was to be bent back a little. If I was strong enough I could have done it myself. So much for this place. Go somewhere else.

What an amazing place with the best employees ever. I bought a brand new car a month ago and I hit a bad pothole and bent two wheels. I took it to this establishment and an hour and a half later and both wheels were repaired. Saved me almost $1500 I got to met the owners also and they were great.

I showed up here with wheel damage from a mounting machine at another shop. I was really bummed to have this happen to a $900 JDM wheel that has a 12 week lead time. I left my car with them a few days (no spare) and they did a great job. Pro shop. Nice guys. Fair price.
