I’ve had some bad luck with oil change places the last few ones I went to, that’s given me more anxiety every time I have to go get an oil change or any service. This time I took the time to google and came across V express care. I like the idea of sitting in my car and being active with the work being done. Right away I could tell there are legit because Jose did all the necessary checking, communicating, and also went above and beyond to help me and my car. I’ve honestly never experienced such care for a simple oil change before. I learned a few new things when they did a scan of my car and never once pushy or trying to upsell. I even agreed to do a certain add on but then changed my mind and it was a non issue. So thank you to Jose and the team for excellent service. They communicated well with eachother as well which I appreciated. They also have a really good membership services you pay per year. It was pretty hot outside and he even gave me a cold Powerade. :) They are doing construction to make more room for more pits which is great! The guys out there working hard in the sun & was no big deal getting service done with just one pit available. So overall I found my new trusted spot and the honestly and non pushy attitude like other places really sold me on this one. In my head I always think don’t companies WANT to be fair, honest, and do good work to have life long customers? Well they did that!

I always got ripped off when I went to the dealer for service because it was a Mercedes. So I stopped by here because I was thinking about getting car service from somewhere else at least once. It wasn't an official car dealer service, so I was worried that there might be a service problem or something wrong with the quality of the parts. I simply asked to replace the engine oil and filter of the vehicle, but as I was concerned, the leak occurred. In order to solve this problem, I had no choice but to visit this place twice more after receiving the first vehicle service. In the process of solving the problem of vehicle leakage, it was very annoying and bothersome from my point of view. However, Josh, a manager who works here, listened to my complaints without frowning once and did his best to solve this problem. Being good at business is a matter between people, so I felt grateful for his efforts and kind attitude despite being very stressed by this. I would like to emphasize the importance of employees' attitude toward customers to solve a problem when it occurs. In addition, it would be natural that their work should be professional and that it should be a one-stop service that can provide the service and satisfaction that customers want. Anyhow.. In the end, the problem was the engine oil filter.

Fast and efficient! Ask for Jose - he will take care of you. Came in at 730am and Jose was ready to go. It was really cold and early but my man was positive and had the best vibes. Highly recommended.

It was my first time at this location, and Elon, Joseph and Edgar provided excellent customer service. Joseph was especially attentive and helpful. Even though they were short-staffed, they still provided quick and efficient service for both my oil change and new battery. Elon also took the time to explain everything. On top of that, they gave me a discount on my battery, which came with a warranty. I would definitely recommend this location!

Tony, Alexa & Caleb were all super great! They were friendly, honest, and made the whole process really easy. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a few bulb replacements, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell or rip me off. Everything was straightforward and fairly priced. I’d definitely come back again!
