Horrible customer service I understand that a used tire is not the same, but I expect the used tire to have a quality. Two weeks in the same tire that was fixed I was keeping on having a flat tire. Come to find out when I went to change at another location my tires. They never put back one of the screws. In addition, my car has a lock that is needed to unlock the tire and be able to take out. I never got that lock back. They kept it! I do not recommend this spot. Not only that, but I paid almost 120 for the three visits that I went. Truly, don’t recommend this place don’t go.

Jose is awesome. He has helped me several times now when my tire pressure symbol illuminates. No appointment necessary. He speaks English & Spanish fluently. Valley Tires also aligns tires, can replace with new or used tires, change your oil as well as other mechanical needs. He is located just next to the 7-11 on Hazeltine & Sherman Way. Great prices and great service!

Very quick and great service. They close at 7pm normally. I called at 6:55pm and asked to please wait because we were on our way with a flat tire. The person kindly waited, we arrived exactly at 7pm and he repaired our tire within 15 minutes. Needless to say, we were please and will definitely come back/recommend to friends and family. The shop waited for us and helped us beyond their normal working hours. The bill came up to an affordable $20 and we were able to pay with a card. 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
