Robert offers such great service. I have been going to him for a few years now. He always does a good job-not just tires but brakes, check engine lights, oil changes, etc. He helped me this weekend when I drove over a plastic bag that was sucked up into the car. The burning smell was my first clue. Robert took care of it quickly. His prices are always fair & he is always friendly.

I just wanted to let everyone know that there is more than one Tire Store in Canoga Park for discounted tires! I used to go to the "Tires by" guy...but found Valley Discount Tires & More, with the same great prices and (even better) service. I found them about a year ago, after hitting a pothole and needing a single tire. The owner Robert, found a used tire to loan me until the new tire he ordered came in. This past week I needed 4 new tires on another car and again Robert advised me on the the best high mileage tires for my Lexus! He gave a great price on the tires and a discount on a four wheel alignment (always needed when getting 4 new tires). They have a Brand New Alignment rack as well. All his employees are friendly and very hard working! The shop is a little hard to find (on Canoga just South of Sherman Way) but very worth the effort! I highly recommend Valley Discount Tires & More!

Long story short, I'm in LA taking care of my grandma, as she's currently on hospice care. I was out running errands for her yesterday when the little "check your tire" light came on. Pulled over and realized I had ran over a screw. Tire wasn't flat, thankfully, but it was definitely losing air. First place I went was my grandma's 'tire guy' at Firestone. They were going to charge $125, but the worst part is he said there was a 3 hour wait. Unacceptable with my sick grandma needing me home asap. Not knowing anyone or anyone, I pulled up Google maps and simply searched for "used tires." Valley Discount Tires & more popped up as the closest one. Not knowing how much further this tire would get me, I just drove over there, and crossed my fingers. I didn't catch the guy's name, but I explained to him what happened and asked if he had a tire. He said "let me see if we can fix (patch) it." They went to work immediately. 20 minutes and $25 later I was back on the road. Cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely incredibly experience. With everything going on in my life rn, especially being a woman, it'd probably be really easy for someone to take advantage of me. It felt like he had my back, and was looking out for me, and I can't explain just how much I appreciate it.

Great service. Robert was more than accommodating with my request for same day alignment. They were unavailable to see me when I First came in but told me to come back. I did, waited about 10 minutes and got seen. Super quick service. I was quoted $250 a few units down, Robert and his team were able to do it for $100. Will be recommending this place to friends and family in the valley. And will be back forsure. What really stands out is the customer service. It seems like common sense, approachability and over all having a good attitude goes out the door with my auto related service. Hidden gem!
