The Tesla model X has been my dream car since 2016, finally now in 2026 I was able to save enough money and buy one. I bought a 2017 Tesla model X with 145,000 it’s in supreme condition, two months after I purchased it the battery was bricked. I thought it was the 12 Volt battery, so I went out and made a purchase for $220 at the Tesla dealership. Then I found one on Facebook marketplace for $45. So I went and bought that one too. I kept charging the 12 V batteries, fully charged on a trickle charger and then swapping it out because my main screen was bricked. It was all black. It won’t drive. I can’t even shift it into neutral. I messaged Tesla service center through the app and they say its going to be three weeks until they could look at my car and once I replaced the 12 V battery I got the screen back up and running (only for 15 minutes) and then it would blackout again. Tesla then tells me it’s gonna be $16,000 to replace the battery, Dude I just bought the car two months ago for $16,000! Then I find this company on Google. It was near Christmas Day. I had my car towed to them and They’re ready to work on it! I have to say it’s nice owning a Tesla. It’s one of the best cars I’ve ever driven. I love everything about Tesla but if you have one, the maintenance are not cheap! Get ready to spend your hard earned money! But I love this car. I will keep it forever because it’s the best car in the world! Aidar I will be a customer forever!

The guys completely updated the braking system on my model S and inspected the battery. I was very satisfied, the staff were friendly and polite, the prices were reasonable, and the service was fast. I highly recommend them! 👍🏾

I had an issue with my Tesla that two other shops couldn’t figure out. The car wasn’t charging properly and no one could find the problem. I brought it to V.E.S.T and they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Now the car charges perfectly and works like it should. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable.
