I’ll start by saying this is the most Wallet friendly and wonderful guest service I’ve experienced within a auto service shop. Ashley was a big help. He definitely took initiative and helped me understand what needs to be replaced immediately and what can wait a bit longer so that I’m not spending a bunch of money all at once not only did he keep my car to run through what needs to be checked on before he gave me an estimate, but he also made sure that I was comfortable and knew everything about my car. I had gone somewhere else before I came here and they immediately gave me an estimate without inspecting my vehicle. The estimate was 1.7 K for 3 things but the estimate here for about 5 to 6 things that were fixed was only $800.

I am absolutely disgusted by how this shop takes advantage of people, especially women they assume don't know about cars. They used major scare tactics on me, claiming that if I didn't replace my water pump for $850, it would break and destroy my engine. Out of fear, I paid it—a decision I now completely regret. They then tried to trap me into a $1,450 bill for front and back brakes, claiming I needed all new pads and rotors. Thankfully, I got a second opinion. The second shop confirmed my back brakes are fine, and for the front, I only needed standard pads—NOT the rotors. This place completely lied to inflate the bill. Because they fabricated the brake issue, I highly doubt I even needed that $850 water pump. Since they are a certified AAA shop, I will be filing a formal complaint with AAA immediately, alongside this Yelp review, to warn others. Ladies, do not let them intimidate or scare you. Always get a second opinion!

This was my first time visiting this shop this Sunday on Mother’s day. I had to get an oil change before I got on the road. When I pulled up, the young lady in front was very nice and professional. Before I left, they did explain to me I needed a few things done in the future before it gets worst. The estimates were very affordable and I’ll be back to get one of those jobs done in two weeks! Thanks for your great service!

They completed the oil change without any issues, but I’d be cautious about recommended services. I was told my tires couldn’t be rotated and was told that I’d need to buy new ones, but later that day Costco was able to rotate the same tires with no problem. Some of the pricing also felt pretty steep, for example around $50 for a cabin air filter replacement. Unfortunately there aren’t many options in the area, so just make sure to get a second opinion before agreeing to extra services.

I needed a wheel alignment on my van. The shop provided a printout with the alignment details, and they also performed a vehicle inspection, something I initially declined but appreciated afterward for the thoroughness of the report and photos. After the visit, they sent a link with a full breakdown of what was inspected and what should be addressed. The staff was friendly, and the whole visit took just over an hour. I highly recommend.
