Let me start off by saying the customer service here sucks. The were supposed to fix my rims and powder coat them black. I get my rims back and ya, they are black with multiple blotches from where the paint didn’t adhere to the rim. I bring the car back to the and the painter tells me this is not how they dropped the rims of at the shop my cars was at. He claimed this could have happened from the road. I said oh so the air attacked my rims and decided to make sections of the rim feel like sandpaper??? Interesting I called back and talk to Kathy who then said, well we have a waitlist to get rims done so we could fix them in maybe a week or two months but we will give you a call. Are you kidding me??? You didn’t do my rims properly and now I have to be put on a wait list because you need to fix other peoples rims. Such a joke, don’t bring your car to this place for any rim repair or paint.

My Tesla S class rear rim cracked. The Tesla wanted around 700 to place and install. I came to United Wheel Repair and they fixed my cracked rim for 85 dollars with a warranty. They are so nice and friendly that I am going to bring my Land Rover lr4 rims for them to fix curb rash or scratches.

Called me the next day my car was finished and the wheels came out amazing! Less than 24 hours had my car back these guys are extremely professional and really good people I give this place 10 stars!!
