The smog test place is a joke. I took it to get my car tested. It failed—went and got it fixed at the repair shop per their request and then went back to get it re checked. They told me they won’t check it again because it failed before. Isn’t that literally the entire point???? They wouldn’t even let me pay for a new test to be run.
View on GoogleThis is the worst place ever. I got my tire plugged and I left and it was losing air immediately. I came back and they fixed it and it was still losing air. I just needed air every couple of days and now it’s losing air at light speed and they messed my tire up and can’t fix what i came in for. Don’t come here. Go somewhere else where they’ll actually fix your things and not mess them up further and just take your money.

View on GooglePoor customer service. Waited for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I called ahead and they told me to come in, multiple employees saw me park and walk in then I waited in their lobby with no AC or fan for 30 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me. No one working the front desk, no one even checking for people waiting in the lobby. I understand people are busy, but at least do the bare minimum and acknowledge when someone is clearly waiting, especially when I agreed over the phone to come in at that time so they should’ve been expecting me. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait as long as I could but I wasn’t about to wait all day just to talk to someone so eventually I just left.

We will continue to come to them with any car issues as they are very helpful, price competitive (always best competitors ) and there has never been an issue that wasn’t solved in a very quick manner. We definitely recommend this business.
