The technician, Leo, assisted me promptly and professionally. He not only took care of the issue but also gave me honest advice, letting me know that my vehicle’s tires will need to be replaced soon. He checked availability, confirmed the sizes, and had a quote ready to go. They gave me the best service and the best price. Leo was also quick and professional when it came to installing the tires. After all of these rains, I drove through one of the famous LA post-rain potholes the other night on Roscoe Blvd by Laurel Canyon Blvd and got a flat tire at 5:30pm. I checked Google Maps and Tire Haus was open until 8 and had good reviews, so I called them. Leo answered and said that he was heading to the store and could come meet me to check out the damage (he doesn't have a tow truck). I couldn't believe he came over to me! He was there in about 20 minutes after I spoke with him and he helped guide me VERY slowly and safely back to his shop. I figured that he would gouge me since it was late but instead, he was super friendly (and noticed that my back tire on the same side had a bulge on the sidewall, so I needed to replace TWO tires) and told me about he went about creating Tire Haus. It's only been open for about 6 months, but Leo is extremely passionate about providing solid used (and new) tires at good prices for people. I got two used tires for the back, he moved the one good one in the back to the front so I would have similar ones in the front, all for a reasonable cost. Please visit Tire Haus if you need tires!
