Welcoming environment, great customer service, & good deals on tires. For the same price i was going to pay elsewhere, I got an extra tire & alignment with them so I took the deal & I love the tires. Very aggressive look to them plus installation was fast.

It was easy for me to look him up again and see that he is now running this incredible tire business — something every driver will need at some point. From the moment I arrived, Alex greeted me personally, which immediately made the experience feel welcoming and professional. Prior to coming in, I had reached out to him through social media with my tire sizes so he could provide estimates. He was extremely transparent and offered me three clear options: an economical choice, a mid-range option, and a high-end selection. I really appreciated having those choices laid out honestly, as it allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure. I had four brand-new tires installed, all balanced properly, and was even able to get an alignment done on the spot. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle tire needs. And if you have the opportunity, be sure to ask for Alex, you’ll be in great hands!

View on GoogleHorrible customer service from the guys that install the tires and the one that does the alignment. When we went to have the tires installed the guy with curly hair was literally yelling to pull in, go around, pull forward. Rather than coming up to the customers and asking or directing them where to go instead of yelling. The guy that does the alignment is extremely rude and unprofessional asking "you got a problem?" When being told you should work on your customer service, who talks to the customers like that? I got on the freeway and was driving home and after going 80 mph the car started shaking. After having a horrible experience I dont feel comfortable taking my car back and having them fix it, so I'll have to pay to have the balancing done right. We paid for the services and to be treated with horrible customer service i won't being coming back even though the prices are affordable. David on the other hand was professional & friendly. The other guys definately need to know how to talk to customers.
