California Auto Body Shop did an incredible job on my car! I came in with my rear bumper completely smashed, and they made it look brand new again. The quality of their work is amazing - you can't even tell anything ever happened. They were fast, professional, and super easy to work with. I'm so grateful for how perfect the repair came out (photos speak for themselves!). Highly recommend!

From my initial call through the final pickup of my Prius, Julio personally guided me through each step of the process. He clearly communicated the required documentation and then took care of everything else seamlessly. Even got Insurance 101 with the father and son duo which is certainly a big help! He handled all coordination with my insurance company, arranged the vehicle evaluation, secured a rental car, and even organized transportation to and from the rental location. The entire process was remarkably smooth and virtually hands-free for me. Julio also went above and beyond by staying after hours to repair a vinyl wrap on my passenger-side door- an issue unrelated to the original collision. After I picked up my vehicle, a minor concern arose including a malfunctioning PCS system. Julio promptly invited me back, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, brought in additional expertise when needed, and resolved the issue efficiently. It turned out to be a simple wiring connection, which he quickly corrected. I could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service and the quality of work. My Prius looks and performs as if it were brand new. I highly recommend Julio and his team to anyone in need of repair services!
