I’ve been coming here for years & thought I built some kind of trust while being serviced here. I don’t know if I caught the owner on a bad day or week, but it’s not enough excuse to have been treated with hostility. I got my tires from here. I bring projects with me instead of being on my phone, I’ve even had the workers ask me about it. Including the owner. I got my alignment here many times. This last time I was asked to make an appointment on the website even though the website doesn’t have an appointment option. This is why I went in person to ask. The service by the person was great but driving home the hub cap fell off. Due to it falling off in traffic, it was ran over & left unsalvageable. In the state of CA the business the object that caused damaged at is liable to replace it. I was communicative and civil about it. Upon checking in two week after the incident the owner said he forgot about it. Then proceeds to laugh putting on the replacement hub cap and say,” if it happens again it’s not our fault”. But this was the fault of the services ,not me as a driver. That should be told to who didn’t put my hub cap on correctly. I don’t drive wild. Even my gran says I drive slower and more careful than her. That is inappropriate & shouldn’t be told to the client who is not at fault of the hub cap falling off. I don’t see many women coming to this establishment & I can see why. I don’t think anyone’s bad mood should be projected on me for what someone else did. It’s unkind & unprofessional.

Absolute best experience! First of all, I called and immediately sensed good energy with requesting a quote on a tire patch after calling a few other places. I went in and was greeted with professionalism right away. They patched my car so fast! It really did feel like 10 minutes. Everyone was inviting, honest and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your tire needs!

View on GoogleFamily run business with incredible service. I stumbled on this place by chance, rolling up an hour after they had closed, and they enthusiastically helped me anyway. They fixed the hole in my tire and had me on my way within 15 minutes. The father/son duo who run the place were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They offered me fruit on my way out, which was a nice touch.
