After a check engine light came on for my 2011 BMW 335d I had Hasan take a look and it only took him about 30min to diagnose. Even though the car is out of warranty, he looked out for my best interests and let me know about a BMW extended emissions warranty I should be covered under. Note, I trust Hasan knowing he’s worked as a certified BMW master tech. If you have time, ask about some of his projects and you’ll be surprised at what this guy’s gotten into. Later on I wasn’t happy with the way Irvine BMW was diagnosing my check engine light and giving me the run around. What took TK Automotive 30 minutes took Irvine BMW 3 weeks. I kept in contact with Hasan during the process and he helped me see through the BS. In the end, I towed my car 80mi to Hasan after he found a new product for my Carbon Build Up issue that ended up costing a fraction of what Irvine BMW quoted. I have found my personal mechanic. Hasan is genuine, enthusiastic, experienced and most importantly- looks out for your best interests and caters to what you want to do.

This shop recently opened up under new ownership. I called em up to schedule my BMW in for some basic maintenance. My entire experience was painless from start to finish. To start Hasan was not only extremely friendly he is also super knowledgeable, he actually understands cars and how they work. And You can trust that he'll actually treat your car is if it's his own! Having worked in a dealership, and been in and out of automotive shops majority of my life I know that's not a common practice. But you can rest assured that it is more than just a common practice here. It's also hard / nearly impossible to find a shop that is kept nice and clean. As a lady I can truly appreciate how clean and organized everything is here. Do NOT hesitate to call if you're having any issues with your car or just need basic maintenance! (:
