I hate to leave a bad review and I have sat on this for months before posting, but I don’t want anyone else wasting their money here. I have taken my car to Superior Auto repair twice. I have seen both of the co-owners, Bob and Vik and both times not only were they unable to diagnose and fix the issue, but I ended up spending money on something that did not fix the issue. I have spent $700 here and my car still has all of the issues that I brought to them. Perhaps this is just bad luck on my part or my car is unusually complicated (its a Mazda) but I would caution you to take your part of them for the resolution of an unknown issue. They just dont seem very knowledgeable. Edit: When reassembling my vehicle they installed the battery backwards which caused several fuses to blow. This required my car to be in the shop for 2-3 additional days.

View on GoogleI have been coming here for years. I really trust them to do a great honest job with my car. Some times the cost is less then the quote sometimes its more. But I've never once been upset after a repair. Bob has even brought my old car back from the dead multiple times once when my mom drove it with no oil and then multiple times once she took it over full time. Bob is great and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I admit that sometimes his prices are higher than Sears (where my parents like to take my car), but I have the confidence that I've never had to bring it back because something went wonky. Once he's done, I'm good to go. He will always tell me if there's actually something to be fixed or not. He's very kind but also to the point. He has jobs to finish and doesn't waste time.
