I had my car serviced there yesterday, 2012 Chevy Traverse. Baha and his team were straight forward, honest, friendly and timely with the work requested. They gave me the Pros and Cons of what I wanted done. They moved forward according to MY request. Work performed: Transmission service, drain and fill. Work area was visibly clean and organized. This tells me about the shop and expected workmanship. Everything went well!
View on GoogleMy buddy brought his 06 duramax in for a leak and torque converter replacement. I ended up taking a look at it and look what I found after disassembly. Silicone around the bell housing bolts and around the pump seal instead of just replacing it? Sad! Shoutout to the tech who made it 10x as hard to actually fix the problem this shop had over 4 attempts to do it themselves. He might have gotten his money back but still, this is how you try to fix an Allison? Total disgrace.

View on GoogleTook my 1993 Ford Ranger 4x4 here because the transmission failed. They did a fantastic job and the estimate/total were reasonable compared to other places I called. They even did an extra minor job for me while they were in there for free so I'm very appreciative for accommodating. Also took it back due to a potential transmission leak but it was due to another part. Overall good service, very communicative and honest, which are all qualities I seek in mechanics who work on my baby. Thanks again!
