I didn't really understand the amazing reviews until I experienced it for myself. Nazareth was communicative throughout the repair process when I got in a serious accident and my car needed work. He arranged the tow quickly and started work right away. There was a hiccup in the pick up of the car which was a big inconvenience for me. While the manager at the shop was rude and not helpful, Nazareth stepped in and went out of his way to make things right. He's an upright businessman and will do his best for his customers, which is why they deserve a 5-star review even though the path wasn't 100% smooth. Highly, highly recommend this business.
