Despite servicing my car numerous times here, as others have pointed out, the communication issues with James are simply too much. James doesn't return phone calls, doesn't pick up the phone or return voicemails, he doesn't follow-up, forgets to send quotes. It's devolved to the point where I would physically drive there to try to schedule service because there's no other way. However, even then, James would not send any quotes despite promising he would. I'll happily pay a premium at this point to avoid dealing with James since whatever service they offer (which is generally fine) is simply not worth the hassle of trying to overcome his lack of communication.
