From the start, they did a very detailed inspection and walked me through what the car actually needed, not just surface level bodywork. They took care of the full rear end repair, including the bodywork, paint, and getting everything lined up perfectly again. The paint match is spot on, you can’t tell anything ever happened. The car drives exactly like it did before the accident. They kept me updated the whole time, didn’t cut corners, and delivered the car clean and dialed in. I came here after clipping a ladder lying in the middle of 405N fast lane, near the Ventura exit. It damaged my front right wheel and severed the tire. Luckily I had Amir at Sherman Oaks Exclusive. He found me a reasonably priced tow, and maintained great communication throughout the process. The wheel needed repaired and resurfaced, so I decided to get all the wheels resurfaced since they all had some curb-rash too. I was nervous and uneasy throughout the process, as this was my first refinish job, but Amir handled the situation well, and made sure the wheels were done right.
