I purchased my car with an after market warranty and was referred to Sheldon auto care. I spoke with Henry, who took excellent care of my car. This shop is super busy and yet he took the time to explain the issue and how my warranty worked. There was a part in the turbo boost and thank goodness it was under warranty! He kept me informed while they were working on car and I am super happy to have it fixed! Henry gets an A+++

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Unless you love headaches. This place is a massive headache. They're very rude and unprofessional over the phone. The service is terrible, unknowledgeable and lazy. Please go ANYWHERE else but here. I regret going to this place so much. They've had my car for a week and still cannot figure out what is exactly wrong, let alone how to fix it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

RIP off artist con men. The manager Robert is the worst. Charged my wife 160 for a fuse for the fan said the diagnostics test cost 148 dollars. Now a month later my fans is not working again, now they want 400 bucks saying it's the whole fuse box now. I'm suing them. I cant believe these guys have a license, told me the they charge 148 a hr.
