Quick service and quality products. I got an oil change here in July 2025 and in February 2026. I also got a transmission fluid change here. They only use the best products for your vehicle. Service was quick. Reasonable price. There's a waiting room, but I didn't wait that long like less than an hour. I will be back for future services!

Love this place. Very clean shop, which I always think reflects well on the mechanic. Reasonable rates; easy getting an appointment. Highly recommend.

This is the best service, period. I was searching for a car for a long time and finally got two 2004 Lexus ES330 to check out. One was in LA and another In San Diego. My plan was to see both in one day. Oh yeah, and I live in Oakland. So I took a bus to LA, met a dealer over there and ask him to drive to a local mechanic - Carlo... all the way was listening to the dealer singing about how great is the car and himself. I found Carlo's place - ServiceLex on google maps when I was planning my trip - it was close to the dealer's place, so I made an appointment. But the dealer was late and I had a train to San Diego... so it was not much time left for Carlo to check out the car and give me advise - to buy or not to buy. When I came and told Carlo that I have only 20 min left, he looked at me... and then did his best. It took him ten minutes only to find out some critical issues that the dealer was trying to hide. The same day I bought the second car in San Diego which I enjoy much. If I would live in LA, ServiceLex Lexus Toyota Repair would be the only place to take care of my Lexus. Carlo did a great job taking care of me. He was genuine, authentic, and took the time to break down every part of the invoice so I understood exactly what I was paying for. This was my first time bringing in my Honda Civic myself, but my girlfriend has been a customer for years. I had an oil change, front brakes, and front rotors replaced and everything was fairly priced and handled with care. Definitely recommend!

Carlo and ServiceLex are outstanding! The biggest issue with car repairs is the uncertainty surrounding "do you really need the work being recommended?" and "will the work be done with quality of workmanship?" Carlo takes the time to assess your car, it's mileage, and each issue relative to the age of your car. I appreciate the assessment and always take my GX 470 in. It now has 204,000+ miles, runs like new, and Carlo has maintained it with twice a year visits for oil and filter and checkup. He has replaced timing belt for me and done brakes and other regular maintenance and the work has always been done extremely well and on time. Next I'm planning to take my wife's Toyota Sienna in so it will be on a regular schedule with Carlo. I have previously gone to dealership but feel more comfortable with Carlo -- having a person who sees the car consistently and knows it well -- rather than dealership potentially overcharging and have a different person work on it each time. Not saying dealership is a bad deal just feel more comfortable with Carlo being very familiar with the car and taking special pride in seeing it perform well over the long haul. I don't often write reviews but Carlo is an independent shop who deserves success for his thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism. Thanks Carlo and ServiceLex team.
