I’ve been taking my car her for 6 years. I’ve always had decent experiences but this last service exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and expertise provided from the service team assures my car is being serviced at the highest level. Jorge and Tyler are great, informative and provide a level of customer service that warrants always bringing my car here for any concerns or simple services. Thank you for going above and beyond.
View on GoogleMight be one of the worst service departments I’ve encountered. I waited two hours yesterday just for the guy to tell me, after I came to him, that they can’t locate the part i needed. Never checked my brakes when asked to run tests and I left without a detailed printout. So frustrating!
View on GoogleI’ve had my car serviced here several times in the past year since I’ve moved to the Valley. Each time, I’m greeted promptly by a very professional team. They always keep me updated through texts/calls when they have time. No extra charges or fees. When I got into a collision, they helped me fix up my muffler in a couple of hours. It sounded and felt like a new car. They’re also willing to work with me when I need to put off a couple of repairs, always remaining transparent about what requires urgent versus emergent fixing, and of course what is safest to consider. Really happy with continuing to receive services here!

View on GoogleDestroyed lugs and wheel lock. cross threaded and wheel lock re tightend crooked at a angle. the use of power tools to tighten my wheels is not cool. chipped all my rims as if an intern was given a shot at quickest wheel install. offered to have wheels resurfaced. they did so but chips were still present on 3 of 4 wheels. bought a higher end trim Model paying good money and I expected to not have issues especially from taking in my car for a simple warranty oil change. I put my confidence in the dealership to provide services with extra care but my car definitely was not carefully worked on. cool service rep but I won't be coming back.
