I was very grateful to see there were no long lines in the service department. I actually pulled right up to the Service ADVISOR. They promptly got me checked in and advised me on how long the recall would take. I decided to wait in their very spacious and comfortable waiting lounge I was able to Read some emails that I had to catch up on and by the time I was able to do that the recall service was done. I’m reluctant to write this because once it gets out that they’re not very busy it will become busy and be just like all the other service department nevertheless it was a great experience for me

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m giving this rating 4 stars is because I was informed that the routine maintenance/inspection would take about 2-3 hours, but it actually took 5 hours. I would have liked a more accurate estimated wait time because I had to rearrange my day due to this appointment and the expectation of it being only 2-3 hours as stated. Other than that, everything was great. I appreciate the communication and updates from the staff.

Been a loyal galpin customer for 30 years and about 15 vehicles. After crappy service recently i said adios! Coming to DTLA Ford for service was just what i needed: some great personalized service from Ovi who explained everything really well and then put me in an Uber so I didn’t have to wait. The work was done, the recall replacements were installed and i was on my way mid afternoon. My son is bringing his car in next! The whole fam is moving over. Thanks, Ovi! Feliz ano nuevo!
