On my latest visit, Danny's assistance was nothing short of impressive; he swiftly had me in and out with a seamless patch job, making the whole process a breeze. Even during the early hours when I usually drop by, the efficiency is noteworthy. While I can't speak for walk-ins later in the day, the increasing number of clients waiting indicated the widespread trust in Santana's expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend them – your vehicle is undoubtedly in good hands at Santana Tires & Wheels.
View on GoogleOne thing I don’t like is when people overprice their services. Let’s start with the service: I walked up and said hello, and they didn’t even acknowledge me. The owner continued talking to whoever he was speaking with and didn’t even say, “Hello, one moment, I’ll be with you.” You know—basic etiquette and manners. Then a young representative came out to help, and he didn’t know what he was talking about. There were no actual prices at all. Two front tires wheel alignment for $160? That sounds crazy. And then they couldn’t even give me an actual price for a used tire—make it make sense. I don’t like mechanics who see women and think we don’t know what we’re talking about. Honestly, I also felt like the owner was being a little bit racist. This is what happens when you try to go into your community and support, but absolutely not.
View on GoogleThe worst tire shop for alignment since I got there they were with their attitude. Also when they were working for the alignment one of the mechanic started to remove the screws of the suspension without saying anything and when I asked him why he doing it he told me because he needs to and I know you don't need to remove any screws for an alignment. The other thing was he tried to sale me new tires when I just put new tires yelling at me that I am wrong that he is the mechanic. Don't recommend this place zero starts
