I called this shop on Friday and asked if they could swap and balance my truck’s dually R19.5 tires. I asked three times if they had the proper machines and equipment for this job, and they confidently told me yes. That was a lie. On Saturday morning, I brought my truck and four new tires. Right away, they asked how heavy my truck was because they didn’t even have big enough jacks to lift it properly. Then, after removing two wheels, the manager came out and told me they would have to dismount the tires manually because they didn’t actually have the proper machine. So why did they tell me three times that they did? Then they changed the price from $30 per wheel to $45 per wheel because of “extra labor.” Basically, they lied to get me in the door, took my truck apart, and then raised the price. I asked if they really knew what they were doing, and they said, “Yes, we are professionals here.” What a joke. They ended up bending two of my steel rims. Then I asked them to inflate the tires to 105 PSI, and they said they did. Another lie. I checked the pressure myself and all tires were only around 90 PSI. Even worse, I found that they damaged three Schrader valve cores and then tried to hide the leaks by putting regular valve caps on top instead of properly fixing the problem. That is not just bad service — that is dangerous and dishonest. This shop has no business working on dually trucks or R19.5 tires. They don’t have the right equipment, they don’t know what they’re doing, they damage customers’ vehicles, and then they try to cover it up. Terrible experience. Completely unprofessional. I would not trust them with a bicycle tire, let alone a commercial truck.
