I've been here quite a few times and had a positive experience. Today, my tires were low and Jesús was kind enough to check my tires and fill them up with air. Super fast within a minute! They have been kind and helpful every time. One time, I had a nail in my tire and they quickly patched up my tire. These guys are solid. Check them out!
View on GoogleI was highly recommended to this shop by a good friend. Given that I am a woman, I have always felt very skeptical about approaching any auto/tire shops on my own. Thankfully, right from the beginning I felt comfortable, I was greeted within seconds of arriving. I really felt like I was taken care of and so grateful to have met Jesus and his Dad. My engine light turned on and I had taken my car to Auto Zone for a code reading and was handed a printout. I asked the worker if I could change it myself LOL and he said only if I had the right tools. So I contacted Jesus, and he was very honest from the beginning, I left my car to be diagnosed and within an hour he called me back to let me know the issue and quoted me AND let me know he can get it done the same day. The service was professional and very reasonable, I really appreciated that Jesus also showed me the part that needed service and why. If you're a lady reading this review, look no place else. This is it :)
View on GoogleRidiculously rude. Didn't provide a receipt. For the warranty. Scratched our wheels with their machine, gouged the finish & the old guy is pretty condescending. The rest of the staff is cool. But I won't be back, been coming here for a while. Laughed in our face. Think that's it.
View on GoogleGreat tours at some of the lowest prices in town. Family owned for decades. I saved over $1,000 off a coppery set of EV tires vs. Costco & Discount Tire. You NEED to give them a shot. Tell them John sent you & you'll get extras because I've taken cars there for decades.
View on GoogleAbsolutely worst! I'm not just upset when I write this. I do not believe this is an isolated incident. It was recommended because it was close. Slow leak. Left me stranded 3 times even though I was diligent about putting in air at ,10 pm. Waking up every morning to a flat. Extremely difficult when Eduardo is telling you everyday when you go by that the tire will be there the next day and it would be ,50 dollars cash with install. Everyday... don't worry it will be fixed tomorrow. Maybe my fault a little but I could not afford anything better . He became more and more beligerent as I came in each time.I fancy myself an extremely kind and easy going guy. This was an outrageous waste of my time and since I just had back surgery, every time I put in air I injured myself again.Today he was totally angry. Maybe something in his life but it's a business yo. I guess I could have just said it sucked by I had to vent. Don't go and be swindled and promised something untrue.
